Patch Test Disclaimer – Lash Lift & Tinting

To ensure your safety and comfort, a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to your lash lift and/or tint treatment. This test helps identify any potential sensitivity or allergic reaction to the products used.

By booking this service, you acknowledge that:

You must attend a patch test appointment no less than 48 hours before your treatment.
If you decline or fail to attend the patch test, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A negative patch test does not guarantee absence of reaction during or after the full treatment.
You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to testing.

Male Treatments – Referral Only

Please note that treatments for male clients are accepted strictly by referral. This policy ensures a safe, comfortable, and personalised experience for all. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Minors

Any treatment undertaken on a minor (under 18) will need a guardian present at all times and written consent.

Ear piercing lobe and traditional nail treatments are from 10 years old, cartilage piercing from 14 years old and all other treatments from 16 years except Brazilian & Hollywood which are strictly 18+ only.

Please note ear piercing is done one piercing at a time and can not be performed two at the same time.

Cancellations

Please let us know with at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a 50% charge of missed appointment.

Wildflower Mobile Beauty reserves the right to cancel any appointment that is believed to be unsafe or inappropriate. The safety and wellbeing of all parties is our top priority.

Deposits

Deposits may need to be taken at time of booking for pamper parties and larger appointments.

Travel costs

Prices include up to 10 mile radius from S053 Postcode. Additional travel charged at £1 per mile.

Minimum spend policy

A minimum spend of £30 is required for each appointment.

Discounts

Discounts are for treatments only. Can only redeem one discount at a time.

10% discount is available for students, 60+ and NHS staff.

20% off first appointment.

Monthly offers advertised on social media.

Gift vouchers are available for any amount above £10 and are valid for 12 months.

Cash, bank transfer and contactless payments accepted.
